An easy way to meet people ​and explore your campus

Less than half of the adult population in Australia achieve minimum 150 minutes of physical activity recommended for health. Physical activity is a vital component of living a happy and healthy life. Those who actively commute to work are known to be happier people. Physical activity has incredible power to improve physical and mental health.

The Healthy Sydney Uni Initiative  and the Move More, Sit Less working group are supporting this project to make university a more active place. Meet and Move is led by Bridget Foley, who has this crazy idea that moving around campus should be a fun and social activity. She is hoping to get the staff and students to meet and move, using a mobile app and some painted locations on campus.

This project ran from 2016-2018 on the smell of an oily rag and has now been decommissioned.
